II.  You are a lifestyle or transition business (typically $2 to $5 million in sales).  As a life style business you either made that decision going into the business and everything is designed to ensure that you have the leisure time you desire and the money that you need to support your life choices OR you find yourself frustrated that any growth now requires too a heavy time commitment so you have ‘chosen’ to stay small. 

If you are in transition to become a professionally managed firm you find your sales fluctuate between $5 million and $10 million.
