As an executive advisor and former CEO
herself, Rosemary Paetow understands the
challenges facing CEO's - from hiring the right
people, to determining the right marketing
approach, to ensuring product quality, to making
the right decisions about the product mix, when
to sell the business - and more. She has
had to overcome these challenges in her own
successful business and knows the consequences
of not acting quickly enough. She
possesses a unique skill set of logic and soft
skills needed to take a company from an Emerging
Growth Enterprise to a Niche Leader. As an Executive Advisor to CEO's and a TEC
chair, Rosemary combines her skills as a
scientist, Certified Public Accountant and Chief
Executive Officer to provide an exceptionally
valuable experience to CEOs. She applies a
unique blend of business skills (logic,
analysis, strategic and systems thinking) and
"soft" skills (emotional intelligence,
insight into people and motivation) to each
situation and presents concrete strategies to
