In the Strategy planning and execution product there are a variety of formats we use, either in part or all inclusive, depending upon the size, staffing and need of a company.  We begin with a quick checklist to determine what you have, what is missing and what is critical to work on as it relates to your existing strategy, execution and documentation.  From there we will advise you on what services you can use of ours and how you can maximize your own internal staff to augment or initiate required projects.  We will provide the necessary guidance to streamline the process.
